UPDATE: The SECURE protocol has ended and the situation has been resolved at SSHS. Everyone is safe. Thank you to Summit County Sheriff Department for always responding quickly and your dedication to keeping our students and staff safe.

SSHS is currently in a SECURE protocol due to law enforcement activity outside of the building. Staff is safe. Students are on Spring Break this week. SECURE protocol means everyone gets inside and doors are locked. Nobody is allowed in or out. We continually train for emergency situations like this one. We're so appreciative of our excellent partnership with Summit County Sheriff Department and their quick response.

UPDATE: Today's softball game at Union has been postponed (again) until April 29th.

Mrs. Small's Sewing Construction and Textiles class has been busy learning new skills and making a big difference in some little lives. The class recently sewed more than 80 baby blankets to donate to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Primary Children's Hospital.
